Managing Tasks in EasyEviction

Accessing Task Details in EasyEviction
Click the "Tasks" widget on the left side of your EasyEviction dashboard. Then, select a category (Calendar, Today, All Tasks, Overdue) from the left pane to view the task details.
Filters: Highlight and Hide Details
Filters allow you to control which items are visible on the calendar. When a filter is highlighted, its corresponding items are displayed; when it is not highlighted, those items remain hidden.
User Filters – Displayed as colorful circles containing a two-character username acronym, these filters let you view tasks associated with specific users.
Category Filters – Located in the upper-right corner, these filters allow you to display items belonging to a specific classification, such as case task, workflow step due date, court date, or general task.
By combining different filters, you can quickly focus on the information most relevant to your work.
Calendar
EasyEviction’s calendar view helps you track your cases for the month.
You can switch to list view by clicking the List button in the upper right corner of the screen.
To view task details, simply click on the highlighted task for a specific date, and you will be directed to the page where the task is located.
When you select a category from the left pane, the task details will be displayed on the right.
The details include the Case ID, Description, User Filter, and Date and Time.
